Speaking with Eurogamer, Levine detailed what fans can expect from the ending of BioShock Infinite, and he did so without spoiling the game’s plot or story arcs. He did admit that Infinite “gets more and more interesting it goes on,” though, which is a reassuring sign that the pacing of the game has been well thought out. It also means that, despite the mixed reactions Ken is expecting from the general audience, it should be an entertaining title.
It’s not hard to dream up several different scenarios that Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth may find themselves in when it’s all said and done, but gamers are going to have to hold on for a few more months before any of those details are revealed. It shouldn’t be hard for dedicated gamers to keep themselves entertained either, with any one of the awesome games that have hit store shelves recently.
Fortunately, the game’s recent delay also means that super fans have a little more time to save up money for the collector’s edition of BioShock Infinite, and who honestly wouldn’t want a giant statue of the Songbird antagonist as a centrepiece in their living room.
BioShock Infinite will crash onto the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on March 26, 2013.
